Is there a fee to receive an estimate?
We offer free estimates.  Stop into Golden Hammer Collision Center anytime during our normal business hours to receive your free estimate.
How long will the repairs to my vehicle take?
It is our goal to fix your vehicle quickly and provide quality service at the same time.  Vehicle repair time is dependent on the extent of the damage, which is why we need to give you an estimate before we can assess the time frame of how long the repairs will take.
What if there is additional damage found while my vehicle is in the shop for repairs?
We work directly with all insurance companies.  If additional damage is found while your vehicle is in our shop we will first let you know what we found and then contact the adjuster assigned to your claim.
Will the paint color match?
We use PPG Envirobase waterborne paint which is the system for high performance collision repair centers seeking to go green.  This product delivers  a high-quality and superior color-matching accuracy.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks, and cash for payment.
What kind of warranty do you offer on your repairs?
We offer a lifetime warranty on all body and paint work for as long as your own your vehicle.
